Quantum Hypnosis is a 4-5 hour immersive experience that transcends time and space, directly connecting with the Higher Self. The outcome is delta-brainwave levels of introspection, insight, and healing. This process leads to breakthroughs in problem-solving, emotional resolution, physical healing, and a profound sense of connection and purpose.

Prepare for the session and the day of the session
Quantum hypnosis is a unique and powerful experience. Here’s how you can prepare:
Intention Setting
Consider what you wish to learn, heal, release, attract, or feel more of. Clearly voice your intention, and perhaps write it down. Sit with the feeling of having this intention already set in motion, and nurture it in your heart with positive expectations.
Questions to Ask
Craft a list of up to 20 questions you seek answers to, and trust this inward process of accessing wisdom. Print or write your questions clearly, leaving space between each for my notes. Bring this list to your session. You can find sample questions in the later section this page.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Developing a meditative practice is an excellent primer for deep hypnosis and clear channeling. The more you allow stillness and quiet in your mind, the deeper your healing hypnosis can go. You can practice meditation through various moments, like silence, nature walks, reading poetry, journaling, staring at the ceiling, or candle gazing. Breathing
By consciously breathing, you induce inner calm and a sense of presence. Practice cycles of deep inhalations and exhalations to gain mental clarity and physical stillness. Allow downtime, unplug, rest, and create a peaceful space for welcoming positive change.

Approach your session with an open mind and release expectations of a specific experience. Enjoy coming with:

On the Day of Your Session:
Get plenty of sleep the night before
Avoid caffeine the day before and the day of your session

Give yourself time for post-session contemplation
Structure and Flow of a Session
Introduction (50-60 minutes)
We begin with introductions, where I take time to hear about you and what you're ready to learn, shift, and heal. Together, we set an intention for the session and review the questions you have for your Higher Self, Guides, Ancestors, Teachers, and Loved Ones. I may ask for clarification on key figures mentioned in your questions.
You’ll also have an opportunity to ask any questions about hypnosis, and I’ll share tips to help you ease into a deep and meaningful experience.
Hypnosis (150-180 minutes)
Induction
We call on your spiritual resources to support your journey. Using guided meditation and conscious breathing, you will relax into a deep hypnotic trance, engaging your inner vision, intuition, and soul memories through guided visualization.
Vision Quest
Your Higher Self reveals images and experiences relevant to your healing and growth. We explore significant scenes, which may come from your soul’s memories, past or future lives, symbolic imagery, or even connections to others. The Quantum Field holds endless possibilities, and we journey to what is most beneficial for your soul’s current stage.
Higher Self Communication
With your permission, I facilitate a dialogue with your Higher Self, asking questions for clarity on your visions and the questions you prepared beforehand. This process offers deep insights and guidance.
Body Scan
Your Higher Self scans your body, highlighting areas needing healing. Insights are shared, such as causes, necessary changes, and healing recommendations. I may also use Vortex Energy Healing, prayers, sound vibration, or guided visualization to support this healing process.
Conclude and Emerge
Before concluding, I express gratitude to your Higher Self and Guides. I then gently guide you back into a fully awakened state, bringing your consciousness to the forefront.
Review (50-60 minutes)
After you awaken, we’ll take time for you to re-acclimate. When you're ready, we’ll review your experience, discussing your journey, surprises, and newfound revelations. I’ll highlight key moments from your session and provide you with a recording for continual reflection.

What does hypnosis feel like?
The experience of being in a hypnotic state is quite similar to meditation or the moments just before falling asleep—characterized by deep calmness and openness to inspiration. Common experiences include deep relaxation, peace, comfort, stimulated imagination, focus, and awe.
Hypnosis, like meditation and other spiritual practices, is not a one-size-fits-all experience. It is personal and varies from person to person. Even the same individual may experience hypnosis differently at different times in their life.
Can everyone go into trance?
Yes. Interestingly, everyone unconsciously enters various levels of trance many times throughout the day and evening. It’s perfectly natural and easy to slip into. We all have moments when we feel so relaxed and at peace that our brain zones out a bit. Hypnotists refer to this as 'trance'.
Just by reading this, you might find yourself in a state of calm, focused attention, allowing your curious mind to be guided along. This is what trance feels like—a state of relaxed and immersive absorption. The depth to which you consciously enter trance depends on your trust and surrender to the process, as well as your willingness to dive deeply.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, it is. Hypnotherapy is a co-creative experience, not mind control. During guided hypnosis, you can exert your wishes at any time. Your trust in your intuition, in the process, and in me as your guide is crucial. We will discuss the process during our introductory section, and you are welcome to ask questions openly.
In spiritual hypnosis, your Higher Self always act in your favor, continually supporting you in your inner journey. Therefore, everything that arises in spiritual hypnosis is meant for your awakening, betterment, upliftment, and healing.
How long is a session?
A Quantum hypnosis session is in-depth and typically lasts about 4-5 hours. After a session, it may feel as though only a short time has passed, even though a truly epic journey has occurred in what seems like a brief period.
Once you become familiar with embodying and channeling your own Higher Self, it will come more easily with practice. Many find that one session is sufficient to gain life-changing clarity, resolve patterns, achieve inner peace, and experience long-sought-after healing at their current stage in life. However, some seekers choose to return for follow-up sessions to deepen their hypnosis experience, enhance their self-understanding, and continue their journey toward optimal health.
Will there be a lunch break?
Most of the sessions I facilitate are up to 5 hours long and scheduled for the middle of the day. While this may seem like a long stretch, time actually passes quickly. To make the most of our time, there will be no lunch breaks, so please have a filling meal beforehand or be prepared with a post-session snack.
What if I fall asleep, or..?
Please ensure you get plenty of sleep the night before your session. If you fall asleep during a session, it usually means your Higher Self believes it's best for you to get some deep rest at that moment. In rare cases, if a psychological blockage is involved, we might consider switching to coaching sessions to address the blockages first.
Will I receive a recording of my session?
Yes! I will provide the audio recording of the hypnosis segment of your session within 48 hours. Listening to your recordings will also offer additional healing benefits.
